He has spent the last 13 years running kayak fishing charters, sharing his love for fishing with others. Beyond fishing, Eric is an accomplished gardener who has turned his yard into a thriving space, specializing in growing dragonfruit. His goal is to create the perfect hybrid fruit through careful cultivation and experimentation.

In addition, Eric has a strong culinary background as a private chef. He worked for 11 years at The Ritz-Carlton as a sous chef, refining his skills in the kitchen and developing a love for creating memorable meals. His diverse passions—fishing, gardening, and cooking—all reflect his dedication to craftsmanship, patience, and quality.

Brandy’s Background & Interests
Brandy is a jewelry designer with 20 years of experience and a special love for creating unique earrings. Her designs showcasing creativity and attention to detail. Alongside her jewelry designing, she founded and organized artists’ markets in Sarasota and New Hope PA. These markets provided creative spaces for artisans and makers to showcase their work while reflecting her dedication to fostering community and supporting local talent.
